"A Child's Reflection" by Jau T. Peacecraft
I run and hide
Always out of time
We have to escape
From whom we hate
The one who claims
To be of my own flesh
Whose really a fake
But what is to become
Of my own fate?
To continue to run
And hide with my guardian
Who protects me
For the universe's sake
Since I am partly artificial
Since I am partly genuine
Since I am an experiment
Of his own design
The one who is real
The one the fake poses as
The one the fake replaced
The one who forced
The one who enslaved
Her with the cyan hair
The one whom we both hate
But failed...
I saw through it
Much like looking through glass
I saw in him
An evil that made him mad
He forced me
I didn't repel
He made me
I didn't rebel
I became his slave
A servant, a mindless soldier
And with that power
I would dominate all over
Eventually I did
Ironically it happened
I did not destroy all
Nor the faker, instead was conquered
Alas, momentarily
But instead ran
As far as we could go
Until we met, that one who was
Dubbed "Heaven and Earth"
Until we sat, and conversed
Dubbed it our friendship
In which we deserved
I was no longer alone to face 'him'
I knew I had a fellow combatant
For until that eventual date
That the finale would occur
For until that struggle
My fear would endure
